Every wall shows its length while you draw and stays editable after — click a dimension, type a number, the plan updates. Snapping reads your intent and offers the matching constraint as you work, so precision accumulates instead of eroding.
Close a loop of walls and Trammel detects the room, fills it, and keeps a live area label that updates with every edit. Name it, style it, rotate the label — the square footage is always current.
